This thread is pearled, what means that it is strongly rewinded, three stalks which compose it so forming sorts of  "pearls" which give it a resistence excellent and an incomparable effect.

A pearl thread is not separable, he must be used as it is.

It is also a very supple and very brilliant thread.

It is dyed in hanks, what limits the differences of color from a reel to the other one.

The pearl silk thread can be used for the cross stitch, all the traditional embroidery, the bobbin lace as well as on the on fabric preparation of buttonholes, topstitchings or leather and passementeries.
